”The room was ok. Good size but the bathroom was poorly designed and it was difficult to move around in their all. The staff at the check in was rude and pushing for answers about whether we would be eating at the restaurant and we had just arrived in the town. We had no real chance to consider that question.”

”Beautiful new property and the rooms were stunning. Very clean, well presented and the bed was very comfortable.”

”The cabin we were initially put in had a broken door and window screen. Would've been left in that cabin with my young children had i not have complained.Got moved to another cabin that had other issues with the toilet water running like a waterfall all.night. also had dirty hand towels with visible brown marks on them. Heaters did not heat up the cabin at all. Windows were not great as the breeze was coming Through th shut windows blowing the blinds all.night. could not sleep due to the issues....

”We had 2 adults and a 12 year old in the smallest room and it was a bit tight with 3 suitcases .The room was ok nothing special but it was clean and did the job .”

”Kitchen is well appointed with added extras like glad wrap, foil and oil. Laundry is shared. Don't expect to stand on the verandah as shown in the picture as it is all enclosed. Only disappointment was the lounge room. Couch is old and way to small for a 2 bedroom apartment. TV is tiny. WiFi was good.”

”My husband, myself and our dog stayed 3 nights over the Easter break. So gorgeous. Open fire inside was so cozy in this cute little cottage. Wine by the fire pit with the sounds of the running creek was relaxing and just what we needed. Sadly we did not get to met Brian and his wife, hopefully next time. Absolutely highly recommend. Make sure you visit Guide Falls, stunning. We will be back. Country side breathtaking ”
