”Très agréable à vivre et reposant !”

”We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much.”

”Séjour d’une nuit pour un anniversaire. Chambre spacieuse et romantique décorées avec goût. Beaucoup de charme. Magnifique vue sur la Charente. Accueil parfait de la propriétaire.”

”Une jolie maison. Nous étions 2 avec le même rythme de vie donc tout s'est bien passé. Il faut préciser qu'il n'y a ni Wi-Fi ni télévision ni radio, ce qui peut poser problème avec des enfants ou le télétravail... ou il faudra un gros forfait 4G. L'isolation phonique entre l'étage et le RDC est quasi inexistant donc, si qqun veut s'isoler, c'est pratiquement impossible : on entend chaque pas des personnes à l'étage. Cela peut avoir son importance quand on partage la maison à plusieurs. La...

La région est encore peu touristique mais très riche en patrimoine culturel et naturel, parfaite pour multiplier visites et balades. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et soucieux du bien être de leur locataire. Très investis dans la vie locale, ils n'hésitent pas en faire profiter les estivants de passage.”

”Arrived to be greeted by Marie who showed us around the property, very friendly. Showed how to operate the pull cover and to contact her if any problems. The owner Henri lives in another house to the rear of the barn rental. Lovely man who would clean the pool early in the morning and check with us all ok. Would definitely stay here again, short run into Ruffec for supplies at either of the two supermarkets. Thanks for a great holiday😊”
