”Loved our stay. We were greeted by the owner, Chris, who was most helpful. Gave us lots of local suggestions, dinner, directions, breakfast etc. He even got muffins, cookies and coffee for breakfast for today’s guests! Much appreciated and soooo delicious! We will definitely be back!”

”L’hôtel est très bien situé. Je ne sais si c’est hôtel va fermer ou changer de propriétaire mais il n’y avait aucune commodité. Manquait une machine à café dans la chambre. J’ai eu l’impression que les propriétaires se préparaient e déménager.”

”Rooms were unique. We were on the second floor, no elevator. Stairs were manageable. Hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast was provided. Beautiful dining room. Plenty of home cooked food. Fred is the perfect host.”

It did lack a little direction when arriving but otherwise, this i a very well hidden gem and i would love to see the concept elsewhere. It makes me want to go back to Deer Island every day just to sleep there!”
