”We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. ”We stayed at this hotel twice on our way south and back. The first time was not good. The toilet was very low to the ground which was difficult for us as we are in our 80s. There was no handsoap at the sink so we had to reach across the tub to the body wash every time we needed to wash our hands. The second time we asked for an accessible room which solved the toilet problem and there was soap.”

Room was ok, but in need of updating…. All-in-all, I would say there are many other much better options at comparable rates that I would select on my next stop in Durham….”
