”My best friend and I got away for an overnight to catch up in this cute cabin. When we had no hot water, we were grateful for someone to come and fix it. The cabin is not riverside as we read but has a cute fireplace pit shared with the neighboring cabin. You also share a driveway loop with them.”

”This is a great place to stay & to get away from hustle and bustle of life. The cabin was very clean and organized with all the essentials provided (towels, soaps, kitchen essentials, toilet paper, etc). We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay fully. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt. All the rules are standard and sensible. There are a few grocery stores about 20-50 minute drive, called Ingles. The nature was spectacular. ”We visited this property last year for a rare kid-free getaway and decided to make it an annual trip. It was just as great as I remembered! The location is incredibly private and quiet. The house itself was comfortable and extremely clean. Really couldn't have asked for more and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!”

”The house was very nice and secluded but close to stores in the town of Menlo. It was spacious, comfortable, and very convenient to family that we were visiting. It had a nice yard and good walking trails. The hosts were very responsive to questions that we had. ”

The only privacy you have is if you go to the bathroom, the upstairs bedroom is a loft overlooking the downstairs. The lake is a small pond, but we enjoyed walking down to it several times. The location is about 45 minutes from everywhere, we went to Little River Canyon, Desoto Falls State Park, Cherokee Rock Gardens, and the shops in Mentone.
