”Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. So I did, person answering said we were all set. Room were clean and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again. Cheers ”

”The room was very clean and the bed was ok, just a bit firmer than I like. It was very quiet even though my room was next to the highway. Westfield is a really pretty town with several restaurants and a Welch's grape factory tour nearby. It's also fairly close to Lake Chautauqua & Jamestown”

”This is a historic property. It was quaint, quiet, and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. It was so fun to walk around and see all the homes and amenities in the Chautauqua Institute.”

”Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!”

”The camper is in the countryside, close to the woods, and quiet enough to enjoy a weekend in nature. It's small, but it includes everything you need for a trip.”

”I love this house! We had the entire place to ourselves since we were the only guests. Very clean. Love the old architecture. Jade made sure we had everything we needed. A plus! Would definitely stay again if we revisit the area. ”

”The apartment was lovely and the location was convenient.”

”The apartment is clean and well appointed. Owner was available for all questions and/or issues. Should we be in the area again, we would definitely return. The only drawback for us, and we are seniors, was that there was no railing on the staircase going up to the bedrooms.”
