”The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.”

”Staff is excellent! Safety is good. Property already needs repairs. Water leaking around light in the shower. Room above not in use. Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond...

”We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash”

”The property was very old and outdated in my sheet had holes in it. It was just there was a yellow ring in the tub.”

”Staff was so polite, cleaning staff was amazing and overall rooms and facilities were amazing and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!”

”Hotel rooms were dated. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel didn’t have a pool which was kinda not good, since I came into town to visit grandkids. They like coming to the hotel to swim with me.”

”Hotel looked great from the outside. In room couldn’t tell if there was a blood or food stain by the bed. Front doors deadbolt was nearly impossible to lock. I went to use the body soap…empty, called room service up to replace, they replaced all three cause they were empty. Bathroom’s wallpaper was peeling, mold around soap holder, tiles looked like they needed to be replaced asap. Walls are super thin, heard the person above me walking around till 0330. The pool area smelled like rotten...

”Stayed two nights. First night there my family and I encountered bed bugs. Was moved rooms. And refunded one night.”

”Bathroom sink faucet leaked and flooded the bathroom. Used towels provided. Floor dirty. Lights missing. Vagrants pilfered the ‘free breakfast’ within 10 minutes.”

”Towels were dirty, the hotel smelled badly. It was the safest place I ever stayed in. Didn't feel safe, the side door were always kept open by guests too lazy to use their hotel keys, they would place sticks in doorway to keep the doors open. We couldn't get out if there fast enough.”
