There was no cutting board/colander/working can opener/paring knife/burnt out bulb in range hood.There were no hooks in bathroom/nothing in shower area to hold soap, shampoo, etc. and there was mould on the bottom of the shower curtain.We had to do laundry at a laundromat, as the washing machine only ran scalding hot water into it (there was no cold water line running in to the machine).There was no binder with household information re wifi/tv/garbage,...

”This place is a hidden gem. It has character, it is nicely decorated reflecting the local charm. It feels cozy and relaxing. It has fresh linen, plenty of bath towels, has a very well equipped kitchen, all appliances and the entire cottage were spotless clean. It is pet friendly which was first our main criteria for selecting it. The soundings are nice, the river is a plus and you are only 15-20 min drive distance from few nice beaches. Chester is quiet you are not on the beaten path of Peggy's...
