”We were unable to get to the hotel as the construction was blocking the entrances. Called the hotel multiple times to ask how to get in and no one answered the phone.”

”Staff was ok. Not super helpful, and slow at check in. Hotel was new and clean. Resurant was pricey, but nice. The hot water in the shower was warm at best and the water pressure was weak. Replace those "low flow" showerheads and turn up the heat. At this price point I do expect a hot shower. Breakfast was meh; eggs were not warm. Turn on the heater trays for crying out loud.”

”Disappointing Stay – hardly any breakfast. We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast situation at this hotel. There was barely any food available. The staff did not bother to replenish anything, leaving guests to scramble for whatever scraps remained. If you are choosing this hotel because they offer breakfast, you are better off looking elsewhere or planning to spend extra money at a nearby cafe.”

”An older hotel in Great Falls, Weird parking with steep inclines to / from hotel. Very nice pet relief area. OK for a business trip or overnight stay but somewhat hostile to longer stays.”

”Definitely would not stay here again. Unsecured at night. Both staff members were terrible. Knocked on our door at 10pm to say they had ran the wrong credit card and needed me to come back to desk. Of course hot tub was closed. Definitely would not come back to this location.”

”A gem of a hotel in downtown Great Falls. Beautiful, modern esthetic, design and clean feel throughout the hotel and in the suite. Very thoughtful staff and processes. The first time I've stayed somewhere that is not all-inclusive but you select your complimentary breakfast and have it delivered to your room at the requested time. It was incredibly convenient for me traveling pregnant with my toddler son. Would highly recommend and stay here again when next in the city!”
