”I had a great stay. The downtown location is awesome. The underground parking is nice, though it is not locked and might not fit large vehicles. The bed was really comfortable, and this hotel uses the highest quality toilet paper I have ever seen in a hotel. Not sure if it was just my room or not.”

”The worker was rude and horrible to me and she cancelled my reservation with out a cause assuming things about me and then says it was and error I don't believe that what a bad experience I went thru....so no I wouldn't recommend to no one to stay there unless u wanna get treated bad....I'll give that motel a zero..”

”We really enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and maintained. Upon arrival they upgraded us to a room with a spa which was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. Staff was pleasant and helpful.”

”Beautiful outside setting that was clean with view of the Missouri River. Indoor pool was very small and water looked abnormally thick- didn’t get in. Room was clean. Front desk at check in was nice but rambled off a ton of information in a short time span and I didn’t get most of it. It was regarding breakfast, internet, pool/gym…. Checkout. Nothing was wrote down but the room number the key card. Breakfast was good but they ran out of half and half everyday early into the breakfast hours which...

”Breakfast was very disappointing for being a boutique hotel. I thought it be a little more upscale we didn’t use it when I went to use the hot water. It wasn’t even heated for tea.”

”The rooms were fine size. They were reasonably clean. There was need of repair on the floor in front of the main floor elevator. Saw several people trip on the tiles. The room we stayed in was noisy and there was light around the door. The breakfast is not complimentary like other hotels. They expect you to sit down to a full priced meal in their building. Their staff was friendly and reasonably prompt.”

”The room was fine but warn. The check in time was 3 pm but the room wasn't ready until 7 pm. There's a breakfast bar but nothing but coffee. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic”

”It was awesome just say hello.to all and they just gave me the best care. From front desk atten to 2 ladies in kitchen I said hello to them and they treated me like royalty. All the employees and was a smile and a hello blue ribbon for all”
