”Broken smoke alarm. The latch lock was broken and unusable. The non smoking room reeked of smoke. The floor and night stand had a sticky substance on them proving it wasn't mopped or wiped down in its entirety. The shade curtain has the rings missing, so it was hung on the bar by holes. The bathroom was so poorly maintained that I didn't feel comfortable showering. The curtain was disgusting and needs thrown away. Very disappointed for the price. I expect a room like this to be $100 or...

Spoke to the Assistant Manager the next morning and the same evening requesting the difference between what I paid for and...

”A beautiful property. Fun game room, multiple bedrooms, a nice gathering area in the backyard with the hot tub. And a fantastic kitchen.
The host shocked me a message about once a day reminding me to let them know if there was anything I needed.
10 out of 10!”
