”This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Excellent location; and quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful, as usual. The allocated room was on the nose so we were moved, without argument. The bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and there were the usual comforts. The included breakfast was pleasant and sufficient. The table was clean. Unfortunately the tariff reflects the state of repair. The Reception with its plant-wall and the lounge were stylish. We did not use the shower, the basin was...

”Excellent park, very central to everything we needed to see in Ballarat. Only downside (which is quite a big one) the mosquito screens are needing replaced as a result out cabin was filled with mosquitoes. Resulting inis getting so many bites all over our body. Also the floors needed to be cleaned. ”
