”Very happy with our stay, staff members at Reception and Concierge were very friendly and helpful. We requested for early check in with paying abit extra to upgrade room as our flight arrived very early and reception staff was helpful to assist with our request. The bedroom was very spacious with great views of Brisbane city and looks newly renovated. ”Olin kaikin puolin tyytyväinen majoitukseeni. Huone oli siisti ja hiljainen (vähän pieni tosin) ja nettiyhteys toimi hyvin. Sijainti oli ihan keskustassa, joten ympäristö oli täynnä mm. ravintoloita ja ruokakauppoja. Aamupala lisättynä varaukseen olisi ollut hirvittävän hintainen, mutta aamupalan sai helposti ja halvalla hakemalla syötävää läheisestä ruokakaupasta. Läheisistä kahviloistakin sitä olisi varmaan saanut.”

”A very nice and comfortable hotel in city center of Brisbane. All what is needed for a short or long term stay - living room, kitchenette, dining table, working desk, a separate bedroom, bathroom and washing machine. A well working wifi, pool, gym and sauna. Short walking distance to the riverfront and shops.”

”We arrived after the reception was closed and made the deal with the reception that they will provide us the room key via safety box. Everything worked well eventually, luckily they have 24/7 phone number to call when help is needed. I can recommend this place to everyone, the view from the top level pool was very nice!”

”I was here for a couple of days after a conference. The room was quite good but could. It was not possible to adjust the temperature higher. Nothing happened when trying. I would not quite rate it a 5 star hotel - only 4 star. The breakfast was expensive but poor (for examinerad no cheese selection - no fresh juice). However the service at concierge was fantastic all the time. The check-in desk was not so welcoming, but ok.”
