”Rooms were clean and spacious with comfy bed Old building but still very nice Dark rooms if you want to catch up on some sleep”

”Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, had breakfast and our 35th wedding anniversary dinner in the restaurant, all was excellent. good location close to everything.”

”The patio hadn't been cleaned ,dirty socks,dirty nappy on ground outside in the bushes , decomposed so been there awhile . The double bed on rollers kept moving , had to push it against wall to stop it. The bed was very hard . Single bed didn't have a very a decent doonna on very light weight , so even with aircon on the bed and room was cold .Shower was very light on water and very hard to regulate and so very close to toilet so very little room to move in there”

”The location was great for our family and the apartment was very spacious. The only issues I have was the people above us walking very heavy-footed so hearing every step right throughout the night. The chiming of the clock tower also kept me up (which is not the hotel's fault).”

”Overall might have been a lovely stay but if you are handed the keys to room 6 turn around forget your money and go elsewhere. Directly on the main road, at the top of the stairs so you join in everyones conversations. Also directly above the noisy doo that enters the building. We had to make door jams with our pizza box to stop our door shaking eberytime the downstairs door opened.”

”Great location, easy to find, great space for a family or travelling group and room was equipped with everything you could possibly need, staff were pleasant and the whole facility is immaculately kept and presented. We always find the accommodations at big4’s to represent exceptional value for money, and this one exceeded our expectations still.”

”Unfortunately had a rough check in where one room could't be located due to the system changing the name on our booking. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and clean.”

”The room was very clean and had all we needed. The only thing missing was robes, but that’s not a deal breaker. Beautiful bathroom 😍 Bed was comfortable. The only downsides - minor - was that the room was cold when we entered. It would have been a nice touch for the room to be warm. Also, the hallway was very cold. Never had this at a hotel before. Staff were excellent and the Bluestonw Kitchen had beautiful food 😍”
