”Good clean hotel, with friendly staff and proximity to the innovation district as well as the Flinders University. The Marion mall is also nearby. However, some of the challenges with the hotel were: 1) very limited car parking. ”Creaky floors, backyard grass 30cm high, kids bike with flat tires left in backyard, bike helmet left outside, other people's belongings left in drawers, only 1 towel and 1 face washer per person for 2 week stay, problems with washing machine, cheap dryer (Aldi) took very long time to dry clothes, only 2 bath mats for 2 bathrooms with 11 people staying in house. Enough room for 11, nice garden but needed weeding, only had small frypan needs a bigger one cooking for 11. Needs screen doors front...

”Great location, lots of things within walking distance. Super close to Flinders. The outside patio area looked nice (we didn't get to use it as it was a tad chilly). Loved that each room had it's on ac/heading unit to allow maximum comfort.”

”Our host Allison was very helpful and responsive when messaging. The unit was very clean, tidy and well presented and importantly the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. Good size appartment for 2-3 people, might be a bit squeezy for four. Would recommend.”
