”Location is perfect and area is very nice. Room is a bit outdated. Biggest reason for 3-star is the cleaning service. We stayed 7 nights and room was never cleaned properly. Only towels were changed. Some days they didn’t even make the bed.”

”Room was really comfortable and cosy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking available next door in a public park, staff advised they could take a payment but thought it was cheaper to pay directly at the park, but unfortunately when I got down to leave the parking lot charged me $53 for an overnight stay. So my only suggestion would he to pay the hotel for parking. Otherwise, great location, clean, comfy and modern hotel. Would stay again.”

Kesti...

”Lovely modern hotel with beautiful furnishing inside the room. Thoughtful inclusions included O&B bath and body products, T2 for adults and packets of crisps for the kids. Filtered water available in the hallway was great too. Would stay again. Room does not have a microwave though so could be a challenge for longer trips if expecting to prepare some simple meals in the room yourself.”

”Very basic 5-star hotel, no luxury. I would say more like a great 4 star hotel than 5. Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean. Valet parking was not available during our stay and also no help with luggages.”

”good”

”Mukava ja toimiva hotelli työmatkalle.”

”The room was a little dusty and we couldn’t find the tv remote but the staff were extremely helpful. They came to help us look and also provided another one when it couldn’t be found. My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time.”

”The ac was hard to control. Otherwise a good experience. Great bed and nice staff”

”Very nice location and nice service! Highly recommended!”

”Friendly, bubbly staff. Beautiful pool and very clean room. Thanks for a nice stay over a very busy October long weekend!”

”Room was very nice and location is good. Spa area was poor but gym was nice. Breakfast was very disappontment, don’t waste your money to this. Only machine coffee and poor selection buffee. No orders from kitchen etc…”

”My stay was pleasant, rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Good to note for people sharing room, the bathroom walls are made out of (frosted) glass so not very private. Also depending on which side of the building you stay, there was extremely loud music playing on Friday and Saturday late night from a nearby club, which would have made a light sleeper struggle. (My room was on the same side as the elevators) The free breakfast was fairly crowded close to the ending time, but apparently more...
