”the room was comfortable enough. no table and chairs to sit at to eat. bed over soft. no towel rails in bathroom. rooms only serviced once a week!”

”There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space ”

”It was very dirty. The only good thing was the cleaning lady that was lovely and the front desk worker was nice. The place doesn’t look like the photos. It was in a bad area. The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms were old. Won’t stay there again. Had no laundry when their website say they do. Door latch was dodgy and felt unsafe. ”

”advertised as luxury and it certainly wasn't. says 4 bedrooms but one of them is a single bed on a landing area in front of bathroom that everyone has to pass to get to the toilet. bedroom downstairs had small wardrobe but two drawers at bottom were broken and stain on white quilt cover. the bedroom was so small if you had a suitcase you would have to keep it in the passage as nowhere to put a suitcase. no lamp on one of the bedside tables so if there was another person in the room they...
