”The pictures must be from 30 years ago. It’s old and shows it. There was a fight in the parking lot when we pulled in. The bar looked like the local hangout for a lot of shady people. Out bed had blood stains on it. Only stayed for the 1 night because we had no other option. ”

”This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again.”

”The room was very clean and neat. Staff Maggie very nice polite and professional. There's a place to do Laundry for free .... Great !!! Plenty of parking places.... I will definitely stay again ...”

”Very clean property and helpful staff, but the ironing board was crooked/warped and had jagged points piercing through the cover. Other than that- everything was great.”

”Only had one bath towel and the carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. One of the staff checked in several guests as the gentleman who was trying to check me in. The room was comfortable and breakfast was just as your commercials promised. Poor walk ability to any restaurant. Several were a short ride however. ”

”Hot shower, clean and comfortable beds. Staff made up my bed and replaced towels daily. Quiet location and neighborhood. Good bargain. The only complaints were that the breakfast was mediocre and the elevator was out of order the day I was checking out. But I would have definitely stay here again if the rates are the same”
