”Lovely place. Tucked away in the mountains, close to plenty of fun hikes and wilderness adventures, as well as a pleasant little town full of rural Alberta charm. The cabin is closely adjacent to a couple other cabins so don't expect complete isolation, but that said, we never saw any of the other guests. ”Our group stayed for a weekend at the cabin for a surprise birthday party. The property was exactly as described. The cabin had plenty of room inside and out for our group. The host played along with the initial surprise which was most appreciated. The perfect place for a quiet and private retreat. I would return to this property for a group event again.”

The kitchen was well equipped and the bed comfortably. The hosts Jason and Jodi were super helpful and gave us personal attention and recommendations for hikes and wildlife sightings. ”Actually we stayed in Red Deer as the house in Rocky Mountain became unavailable. We really enjoyed our stay in Red Deer. Everything was great. Good location, not too far from beach. Al cutlery and utensils were found. Pots and pans and other kitchen items were at our disposal. Jim is a great host and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.
