”The location was excellent. Parking was a little problematic but I expect that in downtown locations. Dining available and nearby were very good. My room had an issue that they were unable to correct during my brief stay.”

The bathroom had zero counter space and the closet had only a few hangers. One of the shelf was used for holding towels because of the lack of any surface space in the bathroom. ”The front desk staffs were excellent. I arrived very late in the day. Just after midnight due to my attending the Western and Southern Open tennis tournament. I called to let them know of my late check in and to not cancel my reservations. The staff could not be more accommodating and assured me it would not be a problem. ”Terrible staff, banging on the door at 1AM trying to get in the room with key, had to call police. After filing complaint with hotel management, they promised will investigate and never get back to me after multiple email inquiries. Terrible horrible experience for a business woman traveling alone.”
