”The staff at the front desk were helpful. If you went to breakfast early in the day, like 7 AM, items were hit and fresh. If you went later in the morning, not so much. The issue I had is that I arrived on one of the hottest days we have experienced this summer temperature outside was over 100° and they put me in a room where the air conditioner was not working properly and it registered 84° in the room. I called downstairs and had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the air conditioning guy to show...

”The property was very out dated. The bathroom had loose toilet lid. The room was nice and cool. The ice machine on floor 4 was broken. The outside pool was old. The air conditioner was loud in room 404. The side exit was old looking. The over all room 404 was not good. The pictures on line was miss leading. I definitely over paid for this room.”

”Positives: The property is in a good location to walk to Great American Ballpark (it takes about 10 minutes). I liked the valet service. Made it very easy to pull in and unload. The hotel is very nice upon first walking in. Negatives: Upon first walking in the room, it was about 85 degrees on an already super hot day. It took awhile to get the air down to around 72. I noticed immediately that the sheets on the king bed were inside out. That’s very odd for a nice hotel. The room was clean,...
