”Over all the hotel was fine. Location is nice. The worst part of the experience was not having clean sheets. Upon arrival the bed sheets bad a brown stain on them. Staff were nice and made it right, so thank you to them. ”

”The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.”

”The television doesn’t get the local channels ABC, CBS and NBC the bed was very hard and comfortable. The pillows were flat ruff nights sleep and when we woke in the morning they serve breakfast from 6 to 10 AM. We arrived at 8 AM. They had no eggs and said that one person ate all the eggs, and what they had left was only frozen sorry I will be calling corporate to tell them of the conditions of this particular hotel.”

”Loose rail by stairs, doors slam so loudly there's nothing to slow them down. There's no carpet in rooms so the noise just carries. ”

”Room was clean, front desk staff kind and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked. My kids enjoyed the pool, it was very warm.”

”Staff was friendly and welcoming. Basically pretty clean, except for refrigerator ~ something had been spilled by previous occupants and had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast was good - decaf coffee was barely warm - some items had been cleaned out by the early leaving guests and not replenished.”

”I had an absolutely terrible stay. Check-in took 20 minutes. Then, I got to my room and found the place filthy; dirt in the shower, stained garbage cans, and dirty counters. The water in the room comes out brown for the first few seconds, and the shower, sink, and AC all broke during the duration of my stay. Genuinely the worst hotel stay of my life.”

We, a group of 4 friends, appreciated their thoughtful touches and intentional care in setting up the property. The winter view is amazing, great for bird (esp. eagle) watching. Cosy and clean! I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. ”

After the events we went to all day it was nice to come back and relax on the comfortable couch watching tv and then go to bed. This VRBO is newly built and really clean and quiet and you can have your morning coffee out on the deck with a view of the Mississippi.
