”Hilton has quite a bit to offer, shops, quite a few restaurants, numerous conference rooms, pickleball court, gym, etc., though I did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Hilton, it is convenient having that option. The rooms were clean, however, upon check-in, there was a sticky spot on the floor that I had set in that I had called and told guest services in person. ”My room was very dirty, but being that this was a last minute accommodation I was forced to make I was unable to change rooms. The valet services are terrible. The young men have no sense of urgency, and was even brought the wrong vehicle.”

”The Omni centennial park was a great hotel for our event at the State Farm arena. The staff was welcoming although the reception was unaware of the Omni kids/junior chef program and our kids were disappointed it was unavailable at this property. The gym was large and had many machines annd weights although both peleton screens did not turn on. The restaurant was large and was not a highlight of our visit. ”Location and architecture were great. Had to be moved because 1st room didn’t have working phone or AC. Seemed a common theme. The evening desk agent was very courteous and helpful. Found me the absolute last available room. The rooms were beautiful, amazing architectural details. The room I was moved to was on 2nd floor got all of the street noise and lights though. Just wanted sleep!!”

”The parking is not clear. When I arrived the self parking situation was confusing. I decided to just go ahead and do valet, but the valet attendant was no where to be found. I parked and went in and talked with front desk. They said he will be right back so went to room and came back down. He gave me a card which says scan the QR code. Well the QR code didn’t work. It is within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium but it’s a rough area and wouldn’t recommend it.”

”The staff was amazing!!!!!!! Friendly, helpful, courteous. We did a issue with the hot water but the maintenance staff came right away to fix the issue.”

”I didn't have a good experience, as I got stuck in the elevator for two minutes; it was out of order for over four hours, so I had to walk down the stairs from the sixth floor. It wasn't a pleasant experience, though the staff were very friendly.”
