All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. The day after these things improved. Wonderful!”

Nyt hotellin tiloissa oli selvästi näkyvissä kulumisen jälkiä, aiemmalta kerralta oli poistuneet kylpytakit huoneista ja aamiainen oli ehkä hivenen yksipuolistunut. Paikallisiin olosuhteisiin suhteutettuna kuitenkin edelleen laadukas ja hintansa arvoinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.”

”The hotel is in a very good location, unfortunately it is very dirty, black mould all over the shower and dust everywhere. Strange stains over the bedhead and chair. The carpet next to the elevator had a big stain that looked like dried out vomit and stains all over the wall. The lobby is also very dirty, the chairs have clearly never been cleaned. We asked to change rooms because of the black mould all over the shower, and there were no rooms available without it. At the end they managed...
