”Clean, attractive property. But, pretty weak on the breakfast - limited choices, juice machine broken both days we were there.”

”The staff went out of their way to make sure were were comfortable after having a night of the comode running and a lumpy bed. But the next night and following nights were very comfortable.”

”Place is clean but needs a lot of maintenance. The toilet in our room was loose and it felt like you're going to fall off with it. The sink faucet was also loose. Although the water pressure in the shower was excellent, I couldn't say the same for the drain where it was pooling.”

”Did not like the weird smell in my room!”

”No toilet paper, room where frigi and microwave was molded, pool had lots of algae in it. The only thing good there was the continual breakfast. Will not stay there again.just pure nasty.”

”They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!”

”Love this hotel its a family business. One of the bosses ask us want we would like to for breakfast, the next morning he had bagels delivered. My son loved the pool. Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Its clean with very friendly staff. If you travel to Alabama you wont be disappointed by staying at the Western hotel. Thank You to all the staff.”

”The floor turned my socks black. We stayed there for nearly three weeks prepaid so if we had left we would have lost our money there was microwave the sink leasked fridge did not work asked several times to be moved nothing the final straw was waiting six hours for a roll of toilet paper and low and behold the next morning we were told we had not paid in three days to get out”

”Close to my business there but expensive. There never seems to be a lot of customers there.”

”What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.”
