”We booked a King room but did not get that. Only Queens were available. My daughter's room was also supposed to be a King and she had 2 Fulls instead. Toilet was loose, drain on both the bathtub and sink didn't drain properly. Bathtub drain was broke off too. Remote for the tv was not the right one and didn't work. No mini fridge in any rooms. Pool was out of order for maintenance. The only chair in the room was a cheap office chair without arms. Breakfast was ok but I would never pay $15...

”The rooms were not clean. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before there was someone at the front desk. When informed of the wait, he merely said nothing and began to check me in. ”

”Clean rooms, nice staff, easy parking, the breakfast is not included with the stay so you will have to pay to eat at the buffet at the connecting restaurant ”

”The hotel staff was helpful and the parking was great. The pool water was very cold.”

”It was clean but we didn’t get much rest . It was very noisey all night. Sounded like parties in all directions. Very minimal amenities .”

”A couple small issues... in 3 visits ive had over 18 months, never had hot tub working, this time pool was closed off. Wifi often didnt work for a hour or two some afternoons. Good breakfast and very clean rooms.”

”When we arrived the access code given via email did not work. I called several times, sent a messge through VRBO and did not get a response back from the host until the next morning. If I had not called several other 'known associates' that I found online we would have been locked out all night in the cold. The host does not offer an alternate contact option. Then the second night it was rather cold at 12 and only 1 of the heaters was working. The information binder indicated extra blankets but...

”Very spacious, has everything a big family needs for a place to stay. Will definitely consider it next time again.”

”Very convenient location for Jeff city - maybe a little too convenient as the traffic noise from the 3 converging major highways (oh and the train line) things get a little noisy at times. But host was very communicative and easy to deal with. ”
