”I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. There is a diverse menu that actually had dishes with real vegetables, not juat burgers and pizza. The breakfast was also top notch. The sercers were personable and attentive. ”The front desk was good. Parking was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and stocked. Only problems….. all tv services were out. No tv in any rooms It was pouring and the window in our room leaked so bad we had to put a towel on the floor to stop the sound and to minimize the damage.”

”Here are a few things I liked about the property. I like my room had two bathrooms and one of the bathrooms are handicapped equipped with the shower for my mom having knee replacement, neuropathy, and arthritis. Also you can get food made to order and drinks.”

”I could smell how clean the place was , walked on the floor in white socks and they stayed clean the lady at the front desk was so mannerly friendly and sweet . I loved that the had a laundry room I was able to use.”

”The room was very dirty. Stains everywhere. Dirty rag outside the door. I felt dirty the whole time I was staying there but thankfully it was only one night. I would never return. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm taking the time to leave this one, so no one makes the same mistake I did. ”

”I always choose this hotel when flying out of Richmond. The front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, I sleep like a baby. The breakfast was ok, sausage need to be cooked more and food was cold. Our driver to airport was very nice , thanks Karen. ”
