”The property is nice and clean but the first room that they put us in was awful it made my fiance itch and break out we had to go to the ER then they put us in the suite after that and it was more comfortable and pleasant thank you guys”

”Love the parking elevator access directly to the room, rooftop bar is underrated. Walking distant to shops and local eats. Room was perfect, bed was comfortable. Didn’t access as much as I wanted but this will be the only place I stay whenever I venture back to Augusta. ”

”Hotel was very clean and the staff was professional and courteous. The decor was beautiful and I rested peacefully. The room was clean so was the microwave and refrigerator. I really enjoyed my stay. Oh and the Starbucks coffee.”

”we had an issue with housekeeping on the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay when she took all towels and did not replenish and left the trash cans on the desk and counter, then another time i ran into her in the morning to find out what time she would be coming in to clean, she stated around 4pm but she never cleaned it. I addressed it with front desk and manager and was assigned a new housekeeper who did a wonderful job from 4th-8th day of our stay.”

”The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels...

”When I found where my room was located, I would have had to walk through a narrow walkway surrounded by construction materials and past some guy peeing in the bushes near the entrance of the walkway. I demanded another room elsewhere. Most of the room was shabby but clean - except for the one chair that was stained. In order to sit in it, I used a bathroom towel to cover it. By the way, at 8am when I went to get some of the free breakfast that was advertised, there was only a couple of old...

”The motel is beautiful and clean, however the staff have VERT bad attitudes and they don't know their correct information to give guests. I called and spoke with the manager and she had a very bad attitude and acted ghetto. She was VERY unprofessional and because of this I will not spend my money their again.”

”The staff here went above and beyond. We stayed here 2 different times last week as we traveled through GA, and we accidentally left three of our personal pillows. Not only did the staff save and hold our pillows for us for our return, but they went the extra mile and washed out pillow cases, too. Our room was very nice and clean, I would just suggest they get better blankets for the beds. They are not comfortable and not warm, but that is just my opinion. Breakfast was good, the pool area...
