”The reason for four ⭐ is The Patel family goes out of their way to accommodate a customer. It's not the nicest outside YET but the rooms were amazingly fresh and clean especially for the price it's a true hidden bargain. They seemed to have been in the process of renovation and it was quiet friendly and surprisingly safe. I would definitely recommend this as a nice budget motel. And the staff are SO nice 🙂”

”Lovely Farm House! Everything we needed! One bedroom did not have a window AC unit in it, but there were plenty of fans in the house. We were able to use the box fan in the doorway to cool the room off. With 90 degree temps the other window units kept the house really cool, which was a blessing! Will definitely visit this property again! ”

”My family and I selected this property for a traveling minister and his wife to stay overnight. I went in to see the apartment so I could feel assured of the conditions I was leaving them in. Carolyn had everything ready. It was so neat and clean. It was a wonderful little spot and was just like the pictures. ”A great stay for a great price. Although advertised as a tiny home, this is more than enough accommodations for a couple. I have stayed at several of the Lake Waccamaw cottages and for the price this is superior! Great host and good communication.”

”This was exactly what we were looking for; a cozy lake house to get away from things and fish. The kids had a blast. There was plenty of space for the four of us to hang out. There were games available and the smart tv made for a relaxing evening after fishing. The kids were very excited about the bunk beds as well! ”We were pleased with the location. Very roomy and nicely decorated. We had enough room for 4 adults and two children. Bathrooms were fabulous! Kitchen had everything for dining in and a spacious back patio for relaxing, even a firepit and small grill. The only thing that was wrong was a broken dishwasher. We called to let the manager know it needed fixing, Overall; very nice place.”
