”Personal muy amable”

”Boa hospedagem para períodos curtos. Equipe de funcionários excelente. Café da manhã razoável.”

”Siisti hyvätasoinen hotelli lähellä isoa ostoskeskusta.”

”Aamiainen vähän tylsä, muuten ok”

”Good location just opposite side of the mall, very near airport also”

”I didn't realize before the visit that the hotel is actually accompanied by a large casino, which brings a lot of traffic and activity to the area every evening. Finding a parking place could get a little tricky, but otherwise it didn't bother us in any way. Breakfast was excellent, but the supper not quite that superb. Service could have been more responsive. Nothing to complain about really though. Only downer is that the breakfast only started at 7am, which was a little late for me....

”Good hotel. Located right in the city center. Breakfast was good.”

”In general the location is ok. However the place is old. Closets are broken and it’s dirty (the bad tub is disgusting), they offered cleaning (they cleaned the apartment 1 one) day and we stayed 5 days. The apartment has 2 rooms and the 3rd space is the living room which is FREEZING. They give you a small heater that takes 3hrs to heat up a room and smells like burnt and if you take a shower for more than 5 min the next person won’t have hot water”

”Very nice stay in a hotel very close to the city centre and to Concepcion's main park. Loved the swimming pool and the sauna. ”

”Spotless. Highly recommended place to stay. It is quiet, peaceful, full of nature. The staff was friendly and courteous. The A/C unit was enough to bring comfort either when hot and also at night with cool weather. ”

”Agradezco la tolerancia para hacer un chequeo de salida en cortesía una hora después de lo especificado.”

”Simple clean hotel in a quiet area of Concepcion — need to taxi or have a car as not much nearby, but the hotel restaurant was very reasonable and good ”
