”Heat and air system was very loud and the refrigerator buzzed all night room very small tv sound was distorted”

”Be prepared to wash anything you bring into the hotel as it will smell musty and moldy”

”Easy to check in and out”

”The property was covered in mouse poop including the closet, cot, the silverware/utensil draws, pantry and around other spots of the cabin. There was also soooo many daddy long legs…like EVERYWHERE. A draw in the bathroom was also full of water. The host did tell us there would be no internet before arriving, which wasn’t that big of a deal and she said she would knock a certain amount off of our stay for each day we don’t have internet. If it wasn’t for the holiday weekend and us bringing our...

”Well, the first night we got there and it looked really good. We went to bed. My kid woke up screaming I ran into the other bedroom and she had gotten bitten by some really big carpenter ants. Then also we experienced those ants the whole time we were there and the beds in the bathrooms around the doors it was infested then on top of that we had no Internet for any kind of TV or anything. We also have to sleep the first night with a warm house the AC system was off and took forever to cool the...

”House had everything we needed for a visit to Petit Jean. Plenty of amenities and space for our family of 5.”

”The shower is pretty tight with only a small caddy so might be helpful to bring your own or plan accordingly. Also, we had an issue with a few of the lights not working but not enough of a problem to interfere with our time there. Overall a good stay that allowed us to reset.”

”It was just as described. Super clean, enough bath linens, comfy beds. We did not find any dinnerware but a quick walmart run was no big deal. I’d stay again it was so clean.”

”The property was nice. I did think I would be closer to Hot Springs than I was though.”

”This was the perfect house for our family. Very comfortable quiet area. It feels like visiting grandmas house. Every room has plenty of space. The kiddos had fun finding all the Gnomes. Easy check in and out and quick responses to any questions I had!”

”This is the 4th time we have rented this house. Multiple siblings, spouses, and grandchildren have stayed here! Love the seclusion from the road! Love we can hear the PJM orchestra singing and trilling at night!”

”Awesome”
