”The idea of staying an underground hotel was exciting & the accommodation itself was quite basic (comparable to the price). Unfortunately there was a lot lacking, particularly customer service and cleanliness. We arrived mid-afternoon and reception was closed - a note on the door to go to the bar/restaurant to check-in - which we did. The staff member advised that reception was on their break and we would have to wait, no indication of how long and now attempt to check us in... About 30 minutes...

”Kitchen equipment is poorly set up, no wine glasses, no bowls for salad or mixing, only 3 drinking glasses for a 5 bed accommodation, no extraction for cooking resulting in smoke alarm activation.”

”I rarely leave a review however this property isoutstanding. Beautifully set out, extremely comfortable, lovely a cool, on the edge of town away from any potential chaos but only 5 min drive to everything. Great communication from the owner. Super comfy beds, particularly after 2 weeks in a rooftop tent! My 8 yo son loved the tent bed. My favourite bit was the parents retreat/meditation/prayer room off the master bed. Highest recommendation for this property. Loved it. ”

”There was no soap available for washing hands, however the coffee machine and microwave were definitely handy. Also, we struggled with the pillows - they were very hard and big. It would have been good to have a couple of additional pillows as an option for use. Also the water temperature in the shower was slow to respond and my partner had to have a cold shower after me, despite my shower being short.”
