”Breakfast was good.”

”My reservation via expedia was somehow canceled while i was standing in line waiting to check in to the hotel. I made the reservation on March 3, received a confirmation email reminder on March 25 but some got canceled on March 28, the checkin day. I dont k ow who canceled it. Beware of using expedia for reservations.”

”Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. The only negative the room phone did not work. Could not call for a wake-up call without redressing. The front desk did not answer.”

”Breakfast bar did not have coffe or tea. No pastries or any thing except cearal that was unrecognizable. Staff was not even slightly interested in being friendly. The cleaner used a dust pan and small broom to sweep the rooms no vacuumso dirt was everwhere along baseboards and furniture. Heating/cooling unit was full of dirtand when it came on it blew dirt all over the bed. Pillows were small. Only a sheet and thin sheet like blanket and sheet like cover on the bed that was waisr high so you...

”The bedding was disgusting!! Pillows all stained and the room smelled horrible.. ended up going to the dollar store to get some FEBREEZE and plug in deodorizer’s!!!!!!! The door was hard to lock!!! Not again!”

”Our room was clean and we were satisfied with the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed two nights. We did not have the breakfast that was offered because we normally wake up a little later. However, coffee is offered all day and it taste good. We checked out today 3/29 and the elevator was not working. It was difficult bringing all our belongings from our room to our vehicle via the stairs. Thank you. ”

”Staff at reception wasn't as welcoming as almost everywhere else, not rude but got the vibe of "what are you doing in here". Also gave us the room from the furthest corner of the building, felt like there was something personal although wouldn't know why. But otherwise everything was ok, nice and clean room but a bit outdated. Pool was nice.”

”smoking rooms on the bottom floor and non smoking rooms on the top… smoke rises so there are no non smoking rooms. There was trash just pushed behind the beds and bullet holes in the bed frame! ”

”We usually stay at winstar when visiting, but they were booked. Stumbled upon this little Property and wow! It's the cutest little place & overall a great little getaway. Highly recommend leaving the casino for a bit to enjoy the beautiful property & fire pit. We will definitely be back! ”
