”Disappointing stay due to maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene issues
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The shower was extremely loud and made banging noises and was unusable for the first couple of days, meaning we were unable to shower during that time. In addition, the bed was dirty and covered in sand when we arrived, which was unacceptable and showed a lack of hygienic standards.

”Hi I just wanted to let you that the curtains in main floor bedroom the holders fell upon closing curtains and the vacuum cleaner I had trouble getting it to suck .. I did clean out the Matt of hair n fluff but was still unable to get it working my apologies if there was another method and baby was not happy this morning and I was 20 minutes late departing ”
