”Everything okay with the hotel and service they provided. Short walking distance to city center. Easy to grab taxis from front of the hotel entrance. Okay/good breakfast. Gym, sauna and small rooftop pool area nice bonuses. Room size and condition okay/good. Room air conditioning worked fine and could be adjusted from the room. I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.”

”Staff was inexperienced and on the rude side. For example, they did not tell me about the white sign that you had to put on the outside of the door to get bed made and fresh towels. The keycard controlling the lights in the room is not effective. It made a booming noise each time it was out in or taken out. At night, I could not leave a light on—it was all or nothing. It ruined my laptop, which I had left charging. My keycard got demagnetized three times and I had to take the stairs to the lobby...

”Hotelli oli hyvätasoinen ja sijainti ok. Kävelymatka keskustaan sekä vuorille. Harmillista oli että hotellin sekä kaupungin kaikki ravintolat olivat loppuunmyyty uuden vuoden vuoksi. Onnemme oli huoneessa oleva keittiö. Kuntosali oli käytännössä aivan turha, muutamat laitteet mitä oli niin oli rikki.”
