”The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked.
Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip.”

”The climate control in the lobby was inadequate. There were only two small vertical air-conditioning units, which were not sufficient to cool the space, especially in a city where temperatures remain around 80°F with 100% humidity throughout the day.
The corridors leading to the rooms were hot and had little to no ventilation. During a rainstorm, one of the elevators had to be taken out of service because of a water leak.

”Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...
