”Hotelli on päättänyt säästää lämmityksessä, eikä huoneesta pysty nostamaan lämpötilaa. Kylmällä ilmalla kylmä huone on epämukava. Sääli, että hotelli on valinnut tämän tuen, sillä muuten hotelli on hyvä. En itse aio enää mennä palelemaan hotelliin, vaan valitsen hotellin jossa lämmitys on päällä. ”

”This Aparthotel is stunning! The setting by the Lake is beautiful and I took nature walks around the hotel. The Outdoor Pool was perfect in the heatwave. The location is fabulous so close to Disneyland Paris with a free shuttle. You get a kitchen in your room and the nearest Supermarket Carrefour is a ten minute Walk away. I made. A vlog of everything in this Hotel to put on my You Tube Channel “Fairy Godmother”. I recommend it for trips to Disneyland Paris especially if you have an Annual Pass...

”Hello, good morning. This hotel charged us again for the room we had already paid for. Then they closed the reception desk an hour before closing time and left us stranded, with no response to our calls, emails, or anything else. They have ruined our trip. We wasted the entire day urgently searching for a new hotel.”

”The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.”

”Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

”I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means. The floors creaked really bad, which I don’t mind but I felt bad for the people below us when we were walking across the room. Overall fine place to rest your head after a long day at...

”Don’t know how some of the hotels get 8 or 9 rating. Low bed, no air conditioning, dusty, fan didn’t work, faucet broke, no ice or drinks available, loud frogs. Secure entry, nice Chateau and friendly staff made up for some of it. My wife wasn’t impressed.”

”I stayed there on business as I did not want to stay in Paris central, a very quaint little hotel with lovely helpful staff. Surrounding amenities are sparse but there is a nice little bar with attached shop, again friendly staff. I did eat in the hotel the first night and was given lovely homemade food with a beer. Breakfast is as expected with lovely warm bread and butter. Wi-Fi is hit/miss however on my second evening I was given a dongle for my room that worked perfectly well for my needs.”
