”Stopover before going to Hersheypark. The place was more expensive than other nights in our roadtrip but you couldn't tell it from the facility. Overall the place was clean, peaceful and well-maintainained. Nothing really special though. Ok for one night. ”

”It's a nice hotel with a good continental breakfast set-up and very nice rooms. The staff was amazing! There was an issue with the card-reading system and I had to be let in to my room twice and the pool area once but the staff was efficient in assisting me with this as well as being upfront and proactive (the front desk clerk came with me when I first checked in to ensure I had access to the room). The pool wasn't heated and was fairly cold (in July) and the hot tub wasn't hot at all,...

”Horrible staff! I booked an hour before going in because my original hotel over booked. When I booked at this motel I didn’t realize I booked a smoking room and my son has severe asthma. The room reeked of cigarettes. I asked for a refund and the women demanded and RUDELY said NO I was in shock and she didn’t do anything to accommodate me. Absolutely horrible, I asked to speak with her boss and she said no. She refused to give me any information and I left”

”You would be better off booking elsewhere. They are charging way too much for how disgusting this property is. Your hit with a strong smell as soon as you walk into the lobby. Didn’t even get my booked room which was a king. Got stuck with 2 beds a giant hole in the wall. The carpet was gross. Toilets are not cleaned properly. Walls are stained, mine had blood and whatever else.”

”We stayed here for ten days and the property was good. It's a nice, quiet hideaway hotel with good breakfast, and the staff was helpful when asked questions during the stay. The room was cleaned, as they cleaned daily and you can smell the nice aroma everyday. The hotel room is more on the dated end compared to the other updated hotels but however, everything was kept nice, clean and fresh and parking wasn't an issue.
