”Room was late being cleaned, staff was great, but if there was a problem with housekeeping couldn’t convey the message because many did not speak English (ex if you needed towels , they would not understand the request). I would than have to call down to desk, but than have to go down and get them myself. Breakfast was good!! Balcony was good, property was a little run down and you could see maintenance was not kept up”

”Room 15 — Broken toilet seat..asked for repair… not even addressed…only one hand towel-there were 2 of us in room…told only one hand towel is what we should get
Room 16 — remainder of our group was 3 family members…. Sheets on bed had significant stains on them- right in the middle each person tried to sleep on outer edges of bed-very poor experience….. the folding bed had heavy staining on the mattress. Our entire experience for the 1 night stay was the worst we ever experienced.

”Beautiful home with amazing location! She had everything you could possibly need! This home was perfect for traveling with our fur babies. Large grassy area right off back patio gives easy access for walking our dogs. Comfortable and inviting, this was perfect for our relaxing trip. She has many extras to enjoy!”

”Nice, big house with plenty of room with 10 of us. Great location with easy access with a Suburban. AWD equinox also made it at low tide. Private walkway to the beach with deck near the beach. Great ocean views from the house. Saw horses near the house every day. Fridge in both kitchen and lower level was nice. Outdoor shower was convenient as well, but did leak the entire stay. We did unfortunately have lots of minor issues, but nothing major and the host quickly responded. Pool water...

”Tracy’s recommendations for things to do and directions about getting on and off the beach were great! (Definitely follow his guidance vs google maps which takes you over a more challenging dune). The house was amazing and fit our group of 14 phenomenally. The kitchen is well equipped for just about anything you may need. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and cinema.
