”Staff was very untrained .Not friendly from the beginning even from the beginning”

”Very clean, great breakfast and friendly staff.”

”I had booked the room here because it is listed as a pet friendly hotel. It is not and I was turned away late in the evening to find other accommodation. Not sure whose fault this is Expedia or the hotel but it was very disappointing.”

”"The 'accessible' room", said the motel staff person at check in, "is our most accessible room." This was an UNDERSTATEMENT! The room door had a card reader and pressure plate to open the door for you, and it stayed open for about a minute. The bathroom had grab bars galore. Someone really thought this through when they designed the room. I've never been in a better room!”

”bathroom exaust fan did not work. shower was poor, door lock needs work or replacing. door needs weatherstripping. lights missing bulbs, tile missing in bathroom behind door. bathroom door is filthy and wall mount lights flop if you touch them. our room is overdue for a good clean and refurbish.”

”Newly refreshed Clean Great breakfast”

”Great hotel”

”The hallway floor is spongey, you can tell that it is pretty much pier and beam and the wood is rotting. Don't expect any kind of friendliness from nighttime staff. I will definitely be staying somewhere else if I ever stay in Clovis. I do not recommend.”

”Breakfast was cold and not eatable at 615 am. Otherwise the stay was great.”

”Rooms are so dirty and stained with nasty looking stuff on the sofa and floor. All the light outlets were burnt up and unusable. I almost got electrocuted trying to plug in the cord to a lamp. Not all the lights worked. I felt so dirty staying here, I will never again book this place. ”

”Disgusting, dirty, smelly and not clean at all.”

”The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”
