”This time we booked a Colonial Room. Number 231. It was disgusting because the plumbing is obviously old. It stank the whole time like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times. And the only window opens on the Gallery so that everybody walks by your room and has perfect views unless you keep the curtains closed all the time. Pay attention to what you book. Several days ago we had a superior room and it was great. Nothing comparable to the Colonial rooms.

”W. A. U.! Hotellia on vaikea kuvata mitenkään muuten. Upea vanha "kartano" rakennus alle 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusaukiosta rauhallisella kadulla.
Työntekjät hyvin omistautuneita ja avuliaita. Hotellilla voi täyttää ilmaseksi oman vesipullon, ja joka ilta huoneeseen tuodaan n. klo 7 kupilliset teetä termoksessa ja kuumavesipullot lämmikeeksi kylmiä iltoja varten. ”

”This is the perfect located hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to us arriving, during our stay and when we were leaving. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign on our names, when we arrived before our room was read they held our bags while we went out, and had our room ready for early check in (11 AM). The room was so clean and cute, water and oxygen in case we needed it was ready. When we left for our overnight hike they had breakfast ready at...

”I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle...

”This place is beautiful. The fact it has Inkan history makes it even more interesting. The staff was top notch. Jhon and Jose continually went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. ”The Marriot lives up to it name in spade. Friendly staff, helpful and goes above and beyond. Located right in the city centre and easily accessible to everythinf you need. Breakfest has an amazing spread, largest I have seen so far and tastes amazing”
