”Friendly staff and clean rooms. I was just passing through Challis, but I wish I had spent more time there and at this hotel. The hotel felt like a repurposed nursing home or rehab center, so everything was nice and it was easy to access. The room I was in felt more like home than a hotel. I had nice access to the side entrance. I hope to travel to the Northwest US again, and I hope to spend more time in Challis at this hotel.”

”So disappointed, no staff onsite. Cabin and bathrooms were very cold and unsanitary. Only linens on one bed (there is 2 beds) that had stains on them and looked like someone just slept in them. Other bed had dead flies, crumbs, dirt on it. Trash and beer bottles.
Could not stay in cabin. Have contacted property about this situation and still after 4 days no response. ”
