”Check in was unclear as there were many operators. We queued at the wrong place for half an hour before they told us it was wrong. However when we went to the correct counter on second floor, the check in was fast.”

”Iso huone. Kattava hyvä aamupala. Sijainti huonohko jalkaisin liikkuvalle. Alas alue pieni, höyrysauna ei toiminut kunnolla.”

”Good location although it was quite hard to drive up to the 7th floor and locate where to park at the hotel. Great room service. We liked the rooms and it was convenient and accessible to Komtar jbcc. Booked the executive king rooms and we were pleasantly surprised that it came with complimentary food/wine or mini high tea set at the lounge and daily complimentary mini bar & fridge items. The breakfast buffet was good too and worth the price. Will definitely recommend :)”

”Clean room, wonderful views, easy and fast check-in process. Pool was great! Would came here again! Staff was very helpful and let us check-in earlier.”

”Amazing and more :) Rooms are all in upperlevels, great views to town. Great and quiet infinity pool on 25th floor :) Clean. Nothing to complain about.”

”Location is quite convenient. Near to eateries and massage places. Cleanliness of the property could have been better. There is a morning market on Mondays. The property is along a busy street. Can be noisy in the mornings.”

”Refurbishment has been started at the hotel. However, I stayed one of the old rooms that has no windows. Linens are stained and need to be renewed. Bathroom was filthy. Wi-fi worked this time, but it was down throughout my previous stay. Poor housekeeping: the room was not done even "please clean my room" sign was left door knob in the morning. When the housekeeping was contacted in the evening, trash pin was emptied and towels changed only. Overall I felt like the hotel is poorly managed.”

”Good location near Pelangi Plaza. Though crossing the road by foot needs to be careful of traffic as there are limited crossing road options. Hotel room is clean and good size.”

”We have been staying at this hotel for almost every trip to JB. It’s value for money and within walking distance from the CIQ. One thing to note is that even if you have placed the “do not disturb” sign, they will still enter and do the basic housekeeping.”

”A decent hotel with good parking. Easy to get too. Alot of restaurant choises around the area. The breakfast was nice and I could essily find what I wanted to eat. Would recommend this for business visits.”
