”This is the second time in this hotel, and I can clearly notice the decline in services. I had a suite this time but I noticed dust at the bathroom floor, no hot water, plus I had to wait for 25 minutes to check in because the guy at the reception wasn’t aware of what to do with online booking! ”

”I've booked a ground leveled chalet and they told me that all were booked and they assigned me a fourth floor chalet a few days before my checking in. I booked this chalet with a Wi-Fi service and I figured out that there's no Wi-Fi and I had to use the roaming service which was very poor as it's provided by the local company and they charged me $15 a day for a very slow dial up kinda internet service. I've noticed a few roaches in this chalet as well. Communication wise, they are using pre-paid...
