”The cleaning of rooms was not done. We stayed five days and they did not clean once. We needed to call down to get fresh towels. We even saw the lady one room over when leaving and we returned a little over one hour later to our room not being touched.”

”I’m not one to ever leave a review unless it’s worth leaving, but I had this hotel booked for a 4 night stay in Nashville close(ish) to Broadway. We arrived in the evening to our hotel room and as we opened the door, the first impression was very modern and clean looking. But I assure it was not. We stepped foot in the room and we found crumbs all over the floor, hair, stained bed sheets, stains on the furniture that were “new”…. We called down to the desk and told them about the state...

”I liked a few things about the property, the room was set up well. It was close in to town, the amenities were nice, especially the washer/dryer. It had a nice pool area which we enjoyed. The one thing which would stop me from staying again was the city noise. Unfortunately, each night during our stay we woke up because of a loud train horn. Train would blow the horn multiple times, and it was loud. The property has train tracks right next to it. Only one pair of ear plugs was provided, odd...

”Gorgeous room, shout out to the front desk, Nora and Mitchell. Breakfast was incredible, 5 stars for the variety, it's not just your usual boring American continental breakfast! A rotation of chicken tinga, pulled pork, and chorizo hash for your breakfast burrito. Will stay here again if ever back in Nashville.
