”The hotel may be part of the Hilton brand but it is very clear they are drawing this as an economy hotel.
Upon entering to check in, the phone rang. Clerk didn't look up at me for over 5 minutes. Having a discussion with the caller about different rates. This went on for nearly 10 mins until another employee came back to the desk and reminded her to send to reservation line, reminding her that the guests in front of her are priority. Clerk 1 walked away, but we were helped by the other.
