”The room was cooled as I came, that's good. The light in the room was good. The linens were just fake-made by the room cleaner. That's a no-go. But the woman at the counter was helpful, gave me fresh linen and I have put them on the bed by myself. In such a case, if there is support and a solution by the desk-manager, that's not so bad as it sounds. Some quality control needed here.”
