”The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.”

”Brendan was very friend. We had a very relaxing stay. We felt like we had the place to ourselves, it was so quiet. Bed was very comfortable so slept very well. Bath was nicely remodeled. It was the perfect location for us to attend a local wedding.”

”Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in East Meredith. The pasture adjoining the property with cows was a bonus. Only negative is on VRBO whose messaging system is broken, they know it and haven't fixed it.”

”From the moment I clicked on this property I could not have been more pleased. Every detail was well thought out and process was seamless. The pictures of her home did not do it justice. The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. My family and I stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be returning.”

”Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use...

”My family and I enjoyed this great home over July 4 weekend. The property was wonderful to view from the large deck, whether it was coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and we all enjoyed the board games, cards, and game room in the basement, where we held multiple shuffleboard tournaments on a rainy day.The location was great too; we explored surrounding towns, hiked Kaaterskill Falls, and mountain-biked the nearby Belleayre Mountain trail...
