”Unfortunately we need our room switched because of the beds being dirty, the toilet was running nonstop and the dust was crazy. On top of that, someone purposely pulled the fire alarm for no reason at midnight and made everyone evacuate and stand outside in the cold for a half hour to let us know it was a false alarm.”

”Waited 12 minutes to check in. Only two people at the desk at 4pm. Also the lines were not well defined so people just started to wait wherever.
We had an ADA compliant room and the bathroom was old and dirty. There was mold in the grout in decal places but particularly around the soap dish and the drain. That was very disappointing.
Restaurant and bar staff was the saving grace. Wonderfully helpful and great service.”
