”I had a horrible day dealing with the Airlines but that’s expected and it’s sad the airlines treat customers like crap. I was given some airline Hotel options but I immediately went to Expedia and booked what I thought was for the night in question….but no Expedia defaulted to next Month for some reason. However, I had an Angel working at the Double Tree and her name was Charnell. She saved my crappy day and my poor experience with the Airline and Expedia. She went above and beyond to save...

”Everything was fantastic. One of the guest service members was cold and rude but the others were kind and one was over the top nice so…on par with any other destination. For a 3 night stay, one service of the room would’ve been great but they did empty our trash when we set the bin outside our room. If you’re comfortable in bigger cities, you’ll love it here. The location was fantastic. ”
