”Had window air conditioner which was very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But when i opened the door to the mini fridge to put a bottle of soda in it, it stunk. Smelled like sour milk. It made the whole room stink. It is by a busy highway, so early in the morning you can hear a lot of traffic noises. (If the ac isn't on ti drown it out). The guy who checked us in was very friendly. We were only there one night. We did mot vheck out breakfast options.”

”This property is gorgeous. I thought I’d really dislike the portopotty but it was relatively clean. Funny enough it was the only place I could get cell reception We brought our 10 year old and he was excited to roam the rolling hills and creek. Next time we’ll be back for a more romantic stay. The air conditioner made it very cool. It was about a 25 minute drive into town. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

It is a little house—just as advertised—but nicely set up and equipped. It is about 11 miles out of Licking. If you come in to stay, a piece of advice: do NOT take Slabtown Rd in to the property.
