”El hotel está bien. Muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo en la ciudad. Pero no nos gustó la poca atención a los detalles que ponen los empleados del mostrador. Casi nunca saludan cuando uno llegaba, respondían nuestras preguntas a medias y no ponían esfuerzo para ayudarnos en nuestra estadía. Muy pobre el servicio para un hotel de 4 estrellas”

”The place felt filthy. The room was miserable and they didn't clean it. Floor tiles were missing. Th biggest problem in the room was an old air-conditioning machine, which made terrible noise and blowed dirty air. I had sore throat and cough because of it. The breakfast was poor also. ”

”I was in Iguazu for less than 24hrs. Martin facilitated a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me straight to the Falls and then pick me up after my excursion. The room I had was spacious, wifi worked well. I appreciated the hot water. Please carry enough cash in Iguazu.The caipirinha I had at the restaurant was a delight as well as the creme brulee. Would have loved to see the rest of the hotel in the daytime.”

”Stayed 3 nights when visiting the falls. Hotel location is very good, bus to Iguazu falls departs right across the street, many nice restaurants in the same street. Room was ok, clean and spacious. Wi-Fi not so good, worked mainly very late at the evening or early in the morning. Breakfast was very light. Took shuttle bus from airport to hotel and back, 150 ARS one way per person. Friendly staff.”

”When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t open the door. We peeked through the gate and saw the green moldy pool water, the unswept grounds, and the abandoned hotel. It would have been nice if I was called by the booking agent to tell us the hotel went out of business.
