”Its an old Hotel so you expect age but there was hair on the bed and it seemed rather dated everywhere. The hotel reception rang before our visit and I enquired if I needed to pre book for dinner, was told no, but when we got there the restaurant was shut anyway and we was told to use next door! Our room should have been a family twin but again when we got there we was put in a standard double, on enquiry the staff were helpful and we were moved to a twin. breakfast was again ok, everything was...

”The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat wasn't on straight. Blood on the bed sheet. Staff were not interested and unhelpful. We had to pay to park at the hotel when we arrived. We thought we would try to spa and we also had to pay for that. We asked for towels in the spa and the staff just shrugged and said there wasn't any. The changing rooms were dirty and no lockers to put valuables. The steam room was set at the temperature of the sun and the sauna wasn't on ”

”The pool was quiet, relaxing and enjoyable. We used the sausa, steam room and the jacuzzi. The staff were hard working and amazing. Just like to say a big thank you to Raul, and Esha in the restaurant who made our dining experience very enjoyable and Chris in the bar who kept us entertained with him good humour and quick wit.
